We are now welcoming new members to our Young at Heart program, a friendly and supportive social group that meets weekly to connect through reminiscence.
 
Reminiscing allows us to reflect on past memories, sharing life experiences and finding meaning together. It brings emotional, psychological, and social rewards.
 
Join our welcoming group each week, led by an experienced program leader, to connect and share stories over a warm cuppa and morning tea.
 
DATES & COSTS: 
Term 1: Tuesday 21 Jan - 1 April - $140 per term, $100 conc.
