Skills for Life
Our Skills for Life program is designed to assist participants to develop the confidence and skills to thrive more independently in daily life.
Through engaging games, community outings and practical activities, participants will improve literacy, numeracy and everyday life skills.
Weekly activities focus on:
- Communication skills
- Coping strategies
- Exercise and nutrition
- Everyday digital skills
- Healthy hobbies
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Meal planning and preparation
- Self-management
