Join our Fun and Friends Social Group, led by Helga, whose friendly approach will put you at ease from the beginning.  Our small, inclusive group meets weekly to enjoy shared interests and good times.
 
Each week brings something new.  Participate in games, arts and crafts, group reading, book discussions and relaxation. Enjoy our beautiful garden, visit nearby accessible spots or enjoy a coffee at a local café.
 
Please note that a certain level of mobility is required for group outings to ensure everyone can take part.
