Join our unique dance therapy program designed to enhance wellbeing for those facing
age-related health challenges, including memory loss, mobility issues and chronic illness. 
 
Our experienced Dance Movement Therapist will lead you through this program, which includes simple rhythm-based activities that enhance communication, self-expression and connection with others.  Activities will be adapted based upon your needs.

After the session, enjoy a social afternoon tea.
 
We encourage carers and support workers to attend and enjoy the program’s benefits free of charge. Please wear closed shoes for comfort and safety. Transport may be available.
